PLANNING

The site is included in Bromsgrove District Council's development plan as employment land and is zoned for use classes B1, B2 and B8 and makes up a large proportion of the land allocated for business uses in the Bromsgrove area.

The Worcester and Birmingham canal which runs to the north of the site is designated as a conservation area. It is therefore important that any development scheme should be compatible with this area and attempt to enhance the character.

Bromsgrove District Council are willing to support a planning application for production or distribution facilities on the site.
